Complexiteit achter eenvoud

De uitdaging lag in het verenigen van een gigantisch assortiment met een naadloze omnichannel-ervaring. We moesten een bi-directionele koppeling realiseren tussen Shopify en het bestaande kassasysteem, zodat giftcards en loyalty-punten zowel in de fysieke winkels als online vlekkeloos werken voor de klant.

Aanpak & Maatwerk

De overstap van Lightspeed naar Shopify vraagt om uiterste precisie in de data-overdracht. De grootste uitdaging was het creëren van een eenheid tussen de online wereld (Shopify) en de fysieke winkels (Lightspeed). We hebben een bi-directionele koppeling gerealiseerd die bijvoorbeeld giftcards en loyalty-punten in realtime synchroniseert. Hierdoor is de operatie achter de schermen nu net zo gestroomlijnd als de ervaring voor de klant in de webshop.
